If possible we would love to begin setup at 5:00 or 5:30. This could just be in the commons while the Spring Musical rehearsal is taking place if that would be ok! Please let me know.

WWU will be paying the rental fee, I will forward the invoice to Sylvia Tag.

This will be a ticketed event like our past events with you, and we'll check attendees at the door and have books for sale outside of the theater.

5:00-9:00PM would be ideal, and we don't need to be in the theater until 6:00PM.
