Confernece style with keynote addresses in the theater (backstage facilites used for greenroom), plenary sessions, and classes in the classrooms, library and band room. Lunch and downtime in the Commons area.

Classroom calculation: $14 per hr x 7 hours x 25 classrooms = $2450.00

Approximate Schedule: June 27 10am-4pm Masterclasses 7-10 Classrooms; 100 guests 7pm Chuckanut Radio Hour Theatre; 150 guests. June 28 8am: vendor hall Commons; early bird guests 100? 9am-4pm: Classes 25-30 classrooms, food trucks and byo-lunch in Commons over lunch hour; up to 300 guests Saturday  8am: vendor hall Commons; early bird guests 100? 9am- 4pm: Classes 25-30 classrooms, food trucks and byo-lunch in Commons over lunch hour; up to 300 guests 4pm: Final plenary/big ending Theater; 200 guests
