Wade King Chess Tournament

Tournament start 9am, with players checking in at 8am, access for set up 7am. Awards by 3:30pm, and then we will clean up and leave for custodial crew break down. 2 additional custodial hours to cover cost of delivery and pick up of tables.

We need 18 tables (same as last year) delivered from BSD at 7am for set up.

Tournament start at 9am, with players checking in at 8am. Access to organizers at 7am. Awards by 3:30pm and then we will clean up and leave for custodial crew afterwards. 2 additional custodial hours to cover cost of delivery and pick up of tables.

We will need 18 tables (same as last year) delivered from BSD at 7am for set up, in the gym for the chess games.

General set up on WKE tables in the cafeteria for families to wait during games and eat. We will serve pizza and baked goods, will be trash/recycline support.
