Hi Angie,

Last night when our staff got to Wade King, when they were finally able to reach the custodian, they were told by him that he didn't know anything about the meeting and didn't have any room for them. This was a scheduled hybrid public meeting – parks staff wasn't able to reach the custodian until about 15 minutes before the meeting was scheduled to start (he says he does not carry the contact phone with him) and in the end had to move all the tables and chairs that were stacked up everywhere to make room for a meeting, were told by the custodian that he wasn't going to help or cleanup the floor for them (still messy from last school lunchtime) and he was not able to give them the information for wifi access for the hybrid portion. It's pretty frustrating that he would tell us we weren't on the calendar, when I can pull up the public calendar in skyward and see the meeting on the schedule.

I know this is not your fault- you've been super helpful. But I wanted to share our experience.
